"...we met four times with Martin Crossman to develop a solution tailored to the OEA’s needs. These meetings fostered many spirited debates, but we honoured two principles in all our decisions: the solution had to help, and not hinder, people in doing their jobs, and the design had to stay simple, by addressing the most pressing needs (the “80-20 rule”). The prototype was demonstrated to all staff in September, and was broadly endorsed. We called it the OEA ToolKit, because it contains tools that help us do our work."

We have built many other custom applications with similar results. Our projects have been nominated for IPAC (Information Productivity Award of Canada) , GTEC (Government Technology Exhibit and Conference) and ShowCase Ontario. Being nominate was rewarding as it reflected out clients’ satisfaction and acknowledged the change to their business provided by our solution. One of clients the Competition Tribunal won the Silver Metal at the GTEC conference.
